Fettercairn – 19 Year Old Bourbon Cask Cadenhead's 2026 (70cl, 46%)

This is a 19 year old Fettercairn from the Highlands, fully matured in bourbon barrels and bottled by Cadenhead's at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery sits in the foothills of the Cairngorms and is known for a heavy, sweet style. It comes in Cadenhead's 2026 design, without chill-filtration or added colour. On the nose there are fruit salad sweets, quince and toffee bonbon. The palate brings Devon custard, toffee popcorn and nectarines, and the finish turns to gorse, Granny Smith apples and cloves.
