Filey Bay STR Finish is a 'field to bottle' Yorkshire single malt from Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, distilled in 2016.
It spent years maturing in bourbon casks before being finished in shaved, toasted and re-charred red wine barriques from Rioja vineyards in Spain.
The whisky is described as light, floral and fruity, with summer berries, vanilla ice cream, orange chocolate and toasted oak, and a sweet, oaky spiciness.
