Findlater's Royal Prestige is a 21 year old Scotch whisky, labelled Rare Old Scotch Whisky and bottled by Findlater Mackie Todd & Co Ltd. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV.
The nose is dark and intense, with dried figs, raisins, polished oak, toffee, cocoa and orange peel. The palate is silky, led by dried fruit and balanced by toffee, dark chocolate and toasted almonds, with clove and cinnamon late on. The finish is very long, with a sherry note, nutty sweetness, a coffee-like bitterness and leather.
