Five Square Mile Bourbon is a bourbon whiskey aged for three years, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. Its distinguishing feature is the rye, which makes up 5% of the whisky.
The classic bourbon flavours of caramel and vanilla are present, with the rye bringing a refreshing note of spice. That addition balances the bourbon with a subtle, sweet spice.
