Flatnöse Blended Malt Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Flatnöse is a small batch blended malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is lightly peated and non-chill-filtered, and the label points to hints of honey and citrus. The nose is peat, sea brine and salty sea air, with vanilla, lemon and subtle spices such as cinnamon and pepper. The palate is oily and full-bodied, balancing sweet honey, caramel and orchard fruit (apple and pear) with strong smoke. The finish is long, warm and lingering, with delicate smoke, ash and soft, sweet peat.
