Florio Floriovo is a Marsala from Cantine Florio, a Sicilian house founded in Marsala in 1833. It is a traditional Marsala enriched with egg yolk, together with infusions and natural flavourings made to a secret recipe.
It is soft and enveloping on the palate, with dried fruit, candyfloss, sugared almond and marzipan notes. It is used to flavour marzipan and desserts, and goes well with fruit tarts and dry pastries.
