Formosa Pure Malt 12 Year Old is a blended malt from Formosa Distillery in Taiwan, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is a blend of the distillery's own single malts, all made from malted barley, and aged for twelve years in oak in Taiwan's subtropical climate.
It is described as rich, sweet and fruity, with hints of coffee and caramel. The palate is mild with a slight warming burn at the end, and the finish is long.
