Four Styles The Fruity Mannochmore 6 Year Old 2012 (70cl)

A Speyside single malt from Mannochmore, distilled in 2012 and matured for six years. It is sold in a 70cl bottle as a limited release in the Four Styles series, where it stands for the fruity style. The casks were chosen to bring out the spirit's natural fruitiness, and their influence is subtle, which leaves the distillate in front. The nose is lively, with green apple, pear drops, lemon zest, white peach and floral honey. The palate is crisp and juicy, with orchard fruit, citrus sweets and vanilla cream. The finish is clean, with pear skin, fresh grass and a trace of lemon sherbet.
