Foursquare 2008 Barbados #2 (70cl, 60%)

A 12-year-old Barbados rum from the Foursquare Distillery, bottled at cask strength as the 17th edition of the Exceptional Cask Selection. It is a blend of rum distilled in a double retort pot still and a twin column still, matured for 12 years in former Bourbon casks. The rum is distilled from molasses and bottled without additives, sugar or colouring, and without chill filtration. The distillery is family-owned and traces its roots on Barbados to the 1650s.
