A Barbados rum from Foursquare Distillery, distilled in 2009 and bottled in July 2021 at 60% vol. in a 700 ml bottle. It is the 17th edition of the Exceptional Cask Selection, blended from rum distilled in a double retort pot still and a twin column still. It aged for 12 years in former Bourbon casks. It is natural, with no additives, sugar or colouring and no chill filtration. The outturn is 12,000 bottles.

Vanilla, tropical fruits, raisins, pineapple, white pepper, wood
