Foursquare 2010 Barbados 12 Year Old Rum (70cl, 60%)

Foursquare 2010 is a Barbados rum distilled in 2010 and aged for twelve years. It is bottled at 60% vol. in a 700 ml bottle, uncoloured and unfiltered, with no added sugar or flavouring. It is distilled from fermented molasses and matured in small American white oak ex-bourbon casks. The Foursquare distillery is family-owned and traces its roots on Barbados to the 1650s. It uses a three-column still for lighter rums and a modern pot still for heavier rums, distilling from fermented molasses in batches.
