Foursquare Diadem 12 Madeira private cask Barbados (70cl, 60%)

Foursquare Diadem 12 is a single blended rum from Barbados, bottled at 60% vol in a 700 ml bottle. It comes from the Foursquare Distillery, owned by the Seale family, whose roots in Barbados go back to the 1650s. The distillery was established in 1995 on the site of an old sugar factory and uses both a three-column still and a pot still. Fermentation is from molasses in small batches, followed by tropical ageing in small ex-Bourbon casks. The release is strictly limited.
