Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero DOCG - Santus (12.5%)

A Franciacorta from Lombardy made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, with no added sugar in the dosage. After bottle fermentation and ageing on the lees for over 30 months, it has a fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit, brioche and a mineral note. The palate is dry and vibrant, with balance between acidity and structure, sapidity and an elegant finish. It pairs with raw or delicately cooked fish, light antipasti and fresh cheeses.
