A Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero DOCG from Santus, made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero with no added sugar after tirage. It highlights the authentic character and minerality of the morainic territory. On the nose it shows fresh citrus, toasted bread and yeast. On the palate it is dry and vibrant, with very fine bubbles and a long, enveloping persistence. Prolonged ageing on the lees adds complexity and harmony, with almond nuances and a slight almost marine savouriness. It suits delicate raw fish or white meat dishes.
