Santus Franciacorta Brut DOCG

A sparkling wine from Franciacorta in Lombardy, made mainly from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero by the traditional method. It shows fine, persistent bubbles with bright golden reflections. The bouquet recalls white flowers, almond and light bread crust notes. On the palate it has vibrant acidity, a slender yet enveloping body, minerality and an elegant, savoury finish. It suits refined aperitifs, fish, shellfish and delicately prepared dishes.
