A Franciacorta Satèn DOCG from Santus, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. It is distinguished by softness and delicacy, the result of prolonged ageing on the lees, which gives a creamy texture and a fine, persistent perlage. The Franciacorta territory, with morainic soils and a favourable microclimate, contributes complexity and freshness. On the nose there are notes of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and a light hint of bread crust, while the palate shows a perfect harmony between acidity and softness, with an elegant and clean finish.
