A Sauvignon from Franz Gojer, made in the Alto Adige area. Mountain climate supports aromatic intensity and freshness. The nose shows vibrant tomato leaf, citrus and herbaceous notes typical of the grape, with delicate floral hints. On the palate it is balanced and dynamic, with pleasant acidity integrated into a slender but persistent body. Ageing takes place in steel to preserve the purity of the aromas and the fresh, fragrant character. It suits an aperitif, or fish, shellfish and salads.
