Ageing in wood barrels highlights delicate fruity and spicy notes, creating a harmonious balance of structure and softness. The nose offers cherry, raspberry and a light hint of bitter almond, while the palate is fresh, lively and very pleasant. It suits Tyrolean dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
