Rosso Alto Adige DOC St. Maddalena Vigna Rondell Franz Gojer

A red wine from Alto Adige, made mainly from Schiava. It is aged in wooden casks, which add structure without overpowering the delicate aromas. In the glass it shows a bright ruby colour, with a fragrant bouquet of strawberries, cherries and light spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, rightly tannic and pleasant to drink, with a persistence that invites another sip. It suits Alto Adige dishes such as speck, canederli or light game.
