Kerneid Kerner is a white wine from Franz Gojer, grown on south-facing hills in Alto Adige with marked day-night temperature variation.
It is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose shows green apple, white peach and citrus, with floral hints of hawthorn and broom. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with balanced acidity, a slender but defined structure and a mineral, slightly almond finish.
It suits fish starters, light first courses, vegetable dishes and aperitifs.
