A refined white wine from Colli Orientali, made from Friulano grapes. The must is cooled to 12°C and left in contact with the skins for 12-16 hours before controlled fermentation for about 20 days. It is dry yet surprisingly soft and velvety, with a delicate floral bouquet inspired by field flowers and an elegant aftertaste. It suits light starters, egg and asparagus dishes, and San Daniele prosciutto.
