A white wine from Di Gaspero, made from Pinot Bianco.
The grapes are grown on marly and sandstone soils and trained on Guyot. Harvest normally takes place in the first ten days of September, and the must is cooled to 10-12 C before fermentation at 17 C.
The wine is straw yellow, with scents of undergrowth and flowers. It is dry, slightly bitter, harmonious and velvety, and suits delicate soups, boiled fish, risottos and white fish sauce.
