A sparkling rosé from Di Gaspero, with a luminous powder-pink colour and a fine perlage. The nose shows small red fruits, raspberry and wild strawberry, with floral hints and a light crust-of-bread note. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with a slender but balanced body, acidity supporting the fruit and a dry, pleasantly persistent finish. Versatile with light dishes and not-too-sweet desserts; serve cold, around 6-8 °C.
