Fuji Single Blended is a Japanese whisky that combines malt and grain whiskies, all made at Mt. Fuji Distillery, which carries out every stage from mashing to bottling for both on site. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is delicately fruity, with peach, apricot and orange liqueur, plus a hint of honey and oatmeal cookies. The palate is smooth and silky, with Williams pear, apple, apricot, white grapes and fruit tart, sweet with white flower honey. The finish is sweet, fruity and long.
