Fuji Single Grain is a Japanese grain whisky from the Fuji Gotemba Distillery in Shizuoka, at the foot of Mount Fuji. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It combines three styles of grain whisky all made at the one distillery: Bourbon-style, Canadian-style and Scotch-style. Each is described as contributing something different, from richness and depth to a lighter, fruitier texture and added structure. The flavour is described as ripe fruit, vanilla, caramel and gentle oak, with a smooth texture.
