Fuji 50th Anniversary Edition Single Blended Japanese Whisky (70cl, 51%)

This is a limited-edition Japanese whisky in a 70cl bottle, released in 2023 to mark 50 years of whisky production at Fuji Gotemba Distillery in Shizuoka. It is bottled at 51% ABV, and 3,000 bottles were produced. Malt and grain whiskies made entirely at the distillery are blended together, drawn from the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s and 2010s. These include rare whisky distilled in 1973, the year the distillery began operating. It is described as having sweet, complex, mature aromas from the long-aged components, alongside more vibrant aromatic qualities from the younger spirit.
