Gavi DOCG 2025 Fratelli Borgogno

An elegant and linear Gavi DOCG 2025 from Fratelli Borgogno, with a pale straw colour and a fragrant profile focused on freshness. The nose shows ripe citrus, white flowers and a light almond trace. The palate is balanced, with lively acidity and savouriness supporting the sip, a slender but present body, clean texture and pleasant persistence with a citrus return. It suits informal gatherings and seafood menus, including shellfish, baked fish, delicate risottos and vegetable antipasti, and also works as an aperitif. Serve cool, around 8-10 C, in not too wide glasses. It is best enjoyed young.
