A Langhe DOCG red wine made entirely from Nebbiolo, reflecting the Piedmontese terroir. It shows red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, with violet, liquorice and sweet spice notes.
On the palate the entry is soft but firm, with well-balanced tannins and a long, pleasantly bitter finish. It is aged in oak barrels for some months, supporting the ageing potential of Nebbiolo.
It pairs well with rich dishes such as red meat, game and aged cheeses.
