A 2024 Nascetta from Fratelli Borgogno, from Langhe DOCG.
It offers white flowers, fresh citrus and a subtle mineral note. On the palate there is balance between freshness and savouriness, medium body and a lively texture, with no tannins and a smooth flow. The finish is extended by a savoury undertone.
Best enjoyed relatively young, it suits raw seafood, vegetable first courses, baked fish, fresh cheeses and a structured aperitif. Serve cool, around 8-10 C, in wide glasses to capture the aromatic profile.
