George Dickel 15 Year Old Single Barrel is a Tennessee whisky from the Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. in Tullahoma, bottled at cask strength of 50.6% (101.2 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It is a single barrel release, and each bottle is hand numbered.
The mash bill is 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley, and the whisky is aged in new charred American oak. It is chilled and filtered through charcoal in the Lincoln County Process, with minimal water added and minimal filtration. The age statement is a minimum of 15 years, and some barrels are older.
