George Dickel 9 Year Old is a single barrel Tennessee whisky from Tullahoma, aged for at least nine years and sold in a 750ml bottle.
The mash bill is 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley. It is described as handcrafted and as a one-of-a-kind whisky.
The nose offers mint, honey, caramel and oak, along with a vitamin-like note. Cinnamon spice and caramel lead the palate, joined by a mineral character. The finish is gentle and of medium warmth, with caramel, mint, leather and oak.
