George T. Stagg 2025 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, in a 75cl bottle at 71.4% ABV (142.8 proof). It is uncut and unfiltered, and was aged for over 15 years.
The nose brings dark caramel, vanilla, charred oak, dried cherry, tobacco and baking spice. On the palate it is full-bodied and powerful, with toffee, dark chocolate, maple, cinnamon, roasted nuts and seasoned oak. The finish is very long and warming, with lingering spice, cocoa and oak.
