Giant Texas Bourbon Whiskey (75cl)

Giant Texas Bourbon Whiskey is a bourbon distilled and matured in Houston, Texas, by Giant Texas Distillers, also known as Gulf Coast Distillers. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The producer gives the mash for its bourbon line as 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, and the whiskey is aged in American oak barrels in Texas. The distillery works from Clinton Drive in Houston's east end. The nose is spicy, from the rye and the oak. The palate has cinnamon, allspice, vanilla and caramel, with cooked fruit and hints of peach. The finish is long, with oak spice carrying through.
