Hickory Hill Rye Whiskey is a Texas rye from Giant Texas Distillers (Buffalo Bayou Distilleries) in Houston, in a 750ml bottle. It was aged for 16 months in new charred American oak.
Vanilla, honey and caramel run through the nose and palate, with warming spice in the middle and a distinctive smoky finish. The Hickory Hill range also includes bourbon and sour mash whiskey.
