Gin Color Crocus - Domenis (70cl)

Color Crocus is a gin from Domenis with an elegant, discreet aromatic profile. It favours a pleasant floral breadth, recalling light suggestions of crocus without becoming intrusive. Citrus nuances and light aromatic herbs accompany the central thread, giving a sense of cleanliness and balance. The sip is soft yet lively, with well-measured freshness supporting the body, and the close remains clear with a subtle savouriness. In cocktails it suits refined results, especially with a citrus peel or edible flower garnish, while served over ice it highlights its velvety texture. It is versatile for light aperitifs, seafood antipasti, fresh cheeses and mixed preparations.
