Gin Desert by Selvatiq is a gin made with locally selected botanicals, intended to express Mediterranean and desert aromas with fresh, citrus and spicy notes. It is clear in the glass, with juniper, herbal and wild aromatic herb aromas. The palate is elegant and soft, balanced by a dry, persistent taste with a pleasantly spicy finish. It is produced by traditional still distillation and can be enjoyed neat or in refined cocktails, with delicate tonics and light dishes such as fish starters or fresh cheeses.
