Selvatiq Beyond Bitter VTL0619 (50cl)

Selvatiq Beyond Bitter is an Italian bitter made from wild botanicals foraged by hand in Valtellina, each distilled separately. VTL0619 refers to the expedition made there in June 2019, across glaciers, woods, high plateaus and meadows. The bottle is recycled glass with a recycled paper label. It is bittersweet in character, with the sweetness and aroma of the ingredients balancing the bitterness. The nose is refined, complex and delicate, with liquorice and dried fruit standing slightly forward. The palate follows the nose: balanced, pleasant and persistent. It can be served over ice, or mixed with vermouth and gin in a Negroni.
