Gin Mediterranean Selvatiq (70cl)

An Italian gin made from botanicals gathered in the Mediterranean, including juniper, lavender, rosemary and fruits of the Mediterranean scrub. It has an intense, fresh bouquet with herbal and citrus notes recalling the sea and the Italian coast. On the palate it combines sweetness and light savouriness, with pleasant persistence. Ageing in neutral casks preserves its aromatic purity. It can be enjoyed neat or in refined cocktails, and pairs well with delicate tonics, fish aperitifs and summer salads.
