Selvatiq Beyond Vermouth VTL0619 (50cl)

A red vermouth made with Nebbiolo wine from Valtellina and botanicals foraged by hand in the mountains of the same valley, each distilled separately before blending. The VTL0619 code marks the foraging expedition of June 2019. Scots pine buds and mountain thyme bring balsamic depth alongside artemisia, the signature ingredient. Spruce cones add aromas of moss and lichen and a light woody astringency, which the acidity of the Nebbiolo balances. The bottle is made of recycled glass. It is served neat in a wide tasting glass.
