Gin Dry London Mixology (70cl)

Domenis Gin Dry London Mixology is a London dry gin with a dry, well-defined character. Juniper leads, with a citrus freshness that does not dominate. The nose shows lemon peel and white pepper over an herbal background. On the palate it is linear, savoury and immediate, with a clean progression to a dry finish. It suits a simple Martini or a modern Gin and Tonic, and pairs with seafood and fresh starters.
