Girvan Patent Still 30 Year Old is a Scottish single grain whisky bottled at 42%. It was made on the Patent Still, a column still, and matured for thirty years.
The nose has creamy vanilla, golden caramel, tropical fruit and soft oak. Crème brûlée, honey, baked pears and gentle spices come through on the palate, and the finish is long and warm, with sweet fruit and lightly toasted oak.
