Glasgow 1770 The Original is a single malt from The Glasgow Distillery, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from Scottish barley and water from Loch Katrine, and distilled in copper pot stills named Tara and Mhairi.
The whisky was matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks and finished in virgin oak. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour, and is described as smooth, fruity and complex.
