Glasgow 7 Years Old Ruby Port Cask Finish Batch 2 (54%)

This is Batch 2 of a 7 year old single malt from the Glasgow Distillery, made in its unpeated style and finished in Ruby Port casks. The whisky was first matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, then spent almost four years in Ruby Port casks. It is bottled at 54% ABV. The tasting notes describe summer berries, dark cherries, rich vanilla, marzipan and sweet almond, with a subtle touch of pink peppercorn spice.
