Glasgow 8 Years Old Bourbon Cask Matured Batch 2

This is an 8 year old single malt from The Glasgow Distillery, made by combining equal parts of its unpeated and peated whisky. Batch 2 draws on eight casks, each matured for a minimum of eight years in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels. In the glass it is described as balanced, with rich vanilla, floral honey, citrus fruit and shortbread, along with sweet smoke and tropical fruit. A gentle touch of peat sits behind the sweetness.
