The Original is the first expression from Glasgow Distillery, a single malt made from concerto malted barley and water from Loch Katrine.
The spirit was fermented for a minimum of 72 hours and distilled very slowly, giving a fruity, sweet new make. It was matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, then finished in virgin American oak barrels. It is bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
