North Star bottle between 6-9 casks every quarter. They currently have three parts to the business: The Single Cask Malt Whisky, Blended Malts and Blended Scotch. They have also bottled a couple of Rums as well. North Star focuses its energies on the curiosities, peculiar oddities and obscurities. Whisky as it comes, straight from the cask and into a bottle. The Blended Malt range is named after the star VEGA and the Blended Scotch range generally goes under the star named SPICA.
