Glasgow Distillery 9 Years Old is a single malt distilled on 2nd May 2017. It spent its first 2 years and 10 months in a single ex-bourbon barrel, then was re-racked into an Amontillado sherry hogshead for a further 6 years and 2 months.
This two-stage maturation produced a complex, well-balanced malt with considerable depth. Hazelnut, caramel, rich vanilla, dried fruits and dark chocolate are the flavours described.
