This is a 12 year old single malt from Glen Elgin in Speyside, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
Glen Elgin has a small but enthusiastic following, and many of its admirers feel the single malt deserves more attention. Much of its output goes into the White Horse blend. The distillery is a little over 100 years old, and its 1964 facade follows the plain style favoured by the then owner, DCL.
