Glen Elgin 18 Year Old is a limited-release Speyside single malt, with an outturn of 5,352 bottles. It matures for 18 years in European casks and former bodega casks, and has a strength of 54.8%.
The nose combines yoghurt and honey with camomile, violets, apple and blackcurrant. Its creamy palate has a honeyed character, while a few drops of water bring out more orchard fruit and orange blossom. Toasted oak shapes the finish.
