A single malt from Glen Elgin in Speyside, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2021 at 11 years old by Cooper's Choice. It comes from single cask 801463, in a 70cl bottle at 56%. The whisky was finished in a cask that previously held Sauternes, the sweet wine from Bordeaux. Glen Elgin is owned by Diageo and is one of the key malts in the White Horse blended Scotch.
